Crew was fast and thorough. We had broken down most of the furniture and moved everything to the front of the house. They got everything loaded and dropped off in less time that was originally estimated so we had a cost savings. Thanks!

Many desks were scratched and a few things were broken.

The movers were very professional, hard working and polite. Overall the experience was good however after they left we found boxes left downstairs in the garage that were clearly marked to place inside the house. It was a long day for everyone however because of this it ended up being more work for us after the movers left.

Both men were friendly. My bad experience was based one of the men doing less work and even sitting in the truck at one point and the younger obviously newer guy did most of it. The new guy wrapped all the furniture and loaded and unloaded 80% of it by himself. The other guy had a rude bossy attitude toward him in front of me which I did not appreciate. It took 1/2 my quoted time to load my furniture which I felt was too long considering I had things ready to be loaded outside and beds broken down ready to go, maybe because one guy did most of the work by himself. Instead of both men unloading things the one guy did again most of it including taking it up the stairs. They barely finished on the quoted time but I know it could of been done faster if we had 2 men moving us not one.
