From the onset this was a wonderful experience! From Alyssa on the initial call handling all the particulars to Susan who confirmed the move and last, but not least, Thomas, Donte and Naquan, the team that moved my parents belongings from their home into Assisted Living. They were prompt, professional and carefully protected all the items to be moved. High recommendations all around! Wonderful!

Ben , Tom and Norquan were the best! They were careful and efficient. My stuff was packed in under the recommended time. When we got to the newplace they were patient and rearranged furniture. I will ask for them again on my next move....oh did I mention it was over 90 degrees out while we were moving! Those guys are the best!

This is my second time using Two Men and a Truck. The office staff is great, the quote process is easy, and the pricing is fair, and the movers are highly professional. The moving team was professional, friendly, and hard working. I was so happy with the care that they took with my move. I'd definitely use Two Men and a Truck again and I would recommend them as well.

I chose this company because they state “we care and are professional” but I found dealing with them to be the complete opposite. I was overcharged in a deceptive way and charged for them bringing the wrong truck?!? How should I have to pay for that!?! Additionally, the movers did not assemble parts as promised. There was also damage to my furniture. I’m very disappointed & I will NEVER recommend

First and foremost, we do want to sincerely apologize for any confusion or any inconveniences we caused you on the day of your move or days thereafter. I do want to make clear that all of our trucks are priced the same- we did not charge more for having to return with a larger truck. As per email discussions and your delivered estimate, we bill based on time used. Because some of your items were taller than described on the initial collection of inventory, we had to return with a bigger trucker, which took up more time, therefore causing the price to increase accordingly. Our movers and drivers continued to work at your home to prepare the move while the time passed, as well. I assure you, all of our movers and drivers and professionally trained, background checked, and drug-tested employees, and I can see that we have been working closely with you in reference to your damage report, and to compensate you for the inconvenience of the truck swap. We absolutely do care about all questions, concerns, and feedback that each and every one of our clients has for us, so, with that said, if you have any further questions/concerns/follow-ups that you would like handled please email QC0477@twomen.com so we can assist. We hope you are beginning to settle in and enjoy your new home!
