The two men that moved us where awesome. They worked hard and efficiently and got the job done without damaging and furniture or walls.

Jesus, Daemon and Jacobie were excellent in my move. They listened to my concerns and took great care with my items during the whole process. Would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks, Robert

My experience was top-notch from the beginning! The follow-up was excellent, the moving team was excellent -- in fact I can't say enough about how friendly, helpful and courteous they were, not to mention fast and efficient! Highly impressed!

They came right on time and did their job professionally.

This last experience did not measure up to her previous experience. Before the workers worked extremely hard and took very good care of our things. This time they took their time. They took longer for lunch then they said they would and we had to pay for that time. They also gouged our grand piano. We felt like they were hunt really honest with us and they were dragging their feet because we were paying them by the hour. This was not a big move and we feel that it should have been quicker than it was. They didn’t take enough care with the piano and it was like they didn’t really know what they were doing with it. We’re surprised it didn’t end up in were shape than it did. We are very disappointed about the gauge in the back of it.

Your men were very friendly, the only problem we had was they set all the living room furniture in living room floor it made it hard to get around and arrange the furniture

I got the feeling that the moving team moved just fast enough to keep their time just under the amount estimated by the office team. In our case, all but a few items were PRE-dismantled, covered with furniture pads & wrapped with shrink wrap. They did move 4 sizable items, already at the move to location, from the garage to the basement adding about 30 minutes to the job. One of the guys spent a lot of time on his cell phone. The lead guy twice threw a whole stack of furniture pads off the truck, to reload/stack. Overall, I feel that the job took an extra hour just to get close to the estimate. I was also told by the office that the mattress bags did not have to be kept & the $6 charge would be deducted. The movers said this was not the case & this was a $24 charge I was mislead on.

Ray and Thomas did a great job. They were polite, took great care, and were efficient. Excellent employees. Thanks for sending them.
