The lack of an in home estimate in both of my moves (July 27 and July 30) led to a significant amount of confusion including a lack of materials, too few movers assigned to my job and additional work hours as the timing of each move was severely underestimated.

Our movers Edwin, Miguel, Valentin, were awesome. They never complained and where willing to help with anything. They had a very professional and positive attitude.

The team was very professional and took care of our belongings. The issue was inexperience. Both men were new to the company. They lacked efficiency and strategy for planning. My husband and I needed to role up our selves and help out the entire time to get the job done. Both men will make great employees with proper training. We would recommend the agency again because we were compensated for the team going over the estimate. The company seemed aware of the training issue.

Although every employee does go through a week long training professional training process, our newer team members will still have much to learn compared to the many team members that have 5, 10 or even 20 years of experience.
