Positives: The moving team was friendly and worked hard.
Negatives: Movers arrived (4:50) after the scheduled window (2:30-4:30). They called at 4:15 to say they were close but didn't arrive for another 35 minutes. There was not clarity when setting up the move about what I times I would be charged for. I was charged from when the movers called, not when they actually arrived. 35 minutes extra.

I've never used movers before, but after the wonderful service I received on moving day, I will never move myself again. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK takes care of all the stressful details of moving day--from safely carrying heavy furniture up and down stairs (in my case, down three, then up three!) to driving the giant truck and ensuring everything makes it from one location to another. Thank you!

We used Two Men and a Truck to pack our home. The day started when the crew thought they were moving, not packing us. They then horribly mis-packed boxes, including putting heavy items on top of fragile ones. Several of the boxes were not packed flat. We spent the evening they left re-packing several boxes so the next day’s moving company could move us.

The guys were personable and professional. Getting my couch into the basement was a huge challenge. After watching them struggle to navigate the couch I told them to just leave the couch upstairs. Torin was determined to get the couch in the basement and the guys made it happen. I felt bad that I didn't have enough cash to tip the guys.

Sky, Chris, and the other two movers were great. Efficient, hard working, protected our items extremely well, and pleasant to talk to. Haven’t used movers before, but these guys were awesome and anyone will be lucky to have this crew.

I really great experience. The driver said that the 100 dollar deposit would be reimbursed however I have yet to see it on my card but they were all great!
