I used Two Men and a Truck in Chicago twice, and the office staff and the crews were fantastic. The Omaha office staff and crew were unacceptable. My quote was for packing and storage, but the crew was not told they were packing, so they showed up with no packing materials. Thankfully I had done most of the packing myself, but that meant artwork, piano, furniture, etc. were loaded COMPLETELY UNCOVERED. They had pads in the truck that they brought up, but they didn't even use those to cover items as they were loading. Artwork was loaded onto the truck completely uncovered, and was bounced on one movers' knee as he was walking artwork to the truck. Then the crew broke some of the condo association art pieces, and they didn't even tell me (for which I am now being held responsible).

Overall it was good. The damage to the wall still needs to be fixed. A corner was ripped off down to the bare wall.

Two of the 3 guys were excellent, caring and professional. The 3rd guy, Chase, was only interested in getting done so he could pick up his paycheck. He was rude, and just clearly didn't want to do this job.
A statue got broken because it wasn't properly packed, the truck was poorly packed and didn't have room for all my items, my floor was scratched by furniture being dragged, and the back board of my headboard was seriously damaged. I didn't purchase the insurance because my previous experience was so good. Big mistake on my part.

Furniture forgotten, damaged, wall damage at both locations, door left off, feet not put back on a sofa etc., etc. has been reported, but need repairs completed by 7/10/19 when we close.

The moving crew was told to follow me to the new house. They did not do so and spent 45 minutes lost and we had to go find them. Also, our hardwood floors were damaged with 2 deep scratches. After telling us they could not take apart out treadmill we found that they damaged 2 of the handles when they further disassembled it. I was disappointed to find the damage done to our property.

Overall, the experience was good. The movers were nice and friendly. We were quite annoyed that many things were left behind at our old house, namely a refrigerator and bicycles that we ended up having to move. The men told my wife they were out of room on the truck and had another job to pick up. The job was also underestimated and ended up costing us a few hundred dollars more than originally assumed. My wife has called in to make a claim about our grill and has yet to hear back...

This was the worst experience for us!
- they were an 1.5 hours late
- it took them 5 hours with 5 people to load a 3 bedroom house.
- made a hole in my wall when moving furniture
- picture frames and mugs broke in the box
- it took them 60 mins to go from 132nd and Blondo to 144th & q.
- sent a truck too small for our stuff. It was at 106% capacity
- they told us, a 2nd truck was coming in 15 mins. It didn’t show up for 3 hours
- every time we called we were told it was on its way. Customer service hung up on us a few times. The office also refused to answer calls. The movers had to call the office to get a hold of them.
- our furniture was dented and ruined. Floors scuffed
We have not received any compensation for our terrible experience.
