Only 1 of the 3 guys was moving quickly and working hard to get the job done. They failed to cover most of my furniture in the truck and some of my furniture was damaged because things were stacked on top of one another without a cover in-between. The lead starting taken apart furniture when it was unnecessary to do so which ultimately caused that piece of furniture to be damaged and wasted time. In my opinion, the lead person had no business being a lead.

For the most part, I am very happy with your service. Overall, the movers exercised extreme care. However, one piece of my furniture was slightly damaged in the move. It was just a split second thing where the piece of furniture was dragged on a concrete and brick step going through my front door. Fortunately, I purchased the insurance. I also filed a damage report and was told someone would call me. However, to date no one has contacted me. I am disappointed by this.

Required to hire 3 guys due to piano move—only 2 moved piano. Did not wrap furniture, used clear packing tape to secure drawers etc —ruined finish. Called office—no call back.
Movers did not show me any part of contract and “ok’d” all statements without my consent or knowledge. Movers milked the clock by bringing in 1 box at a time—very small boxes.
Still no response to my complaints—and want my $100 piano surcharge refunded—I have video of movers—only 2 moved the piano!
I will never use this company again and I will be sharing my experience with everyone!
Terrible service!

The most blatant disregard for my property and time I've ever experienced. The driver called me and told me they would arrive in 45 minutes, they arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Two of the crew decided it would be ok to lay on my leather sofa and one of the beds in my home, after they worked up a sweat moving furniture, while the driver was working. Now I need to clean the sofa and wash the bedding. I've moved my bedroom set 3 times and have NEVER had it take 2 hours to reassemble the bed alone. The person who took the bed apart couldn't figure out how to put it back together. After confronting them for deciding on taking a nap on my time and property, they told me they wouldn't let me leave until I paid for their time. No one in the office will return my calls. Useless!

The team was pleasant, but we have a lot of damage even though it was padded and wrapped. It is like they dropped things off the truck.

It took them over 5 hours to move less than a 1000 pounds of stuff. They scratched all 3 of my wooden furniture pieces. They almost hit a parked jeep at my storage unit. They got lost twice going to an address they were given I had to go get them so they could find it then when they had to back to that address they got lost again. When my matteres and box spring didn't fit in the van they tried to leave it on my parents lawn. They unloaded all of my property in parking lot of my apartment then it took them 2 and a half hours to take it all up to my apartment. When they finally finished getting my stuff in the apartment they went back to pick up the mattress and box spring and when they were backing up the driveway they hit the Neighbours car. They were lucky the car wasn't damaged.

Moving team was great. However, we are missing things and would like to have that addressed. Please have someone contact me to discuss.

Liked that I and family didn't have to struggle to get things moved. Several pieces did not get the care and respect during the move. Things were scratched and things were not put together with the right tools or right stuff.

We told the office exactly what and where needed to be loaded and the movers were only able to get about 1/2 on their truck, when we gave the office an inventory of our items they should have sent either the right size truck or a crew that knew how to do their job correctly. I ended up moving over half of my items myself.

I used Two Men and a Truck in Chicago twice, and the office staff and the crews were fantastic. The Omaha office staff and crew were unacceptable. My quote was for packing and storage, but the crew was not told they were packing, so they showed up with no packing materials. Thankfully I had done most of the packing myself, but that meant artwork, piano, furniture, etc. were loaded COMPLETELY UNCOVERED. They had pads in the truck that they brought up, but they didn't even use those to cover items as they were loading. Artwork was loaded onto the truck completely uncovered, and was bounced on one movers' knee as he was walking artwork to the truck. Then the crew broke some of the condo association art pieces, and they didn't even tell me (for which I am now being held responsible).
