They were fine except that when they were talking to each other they were speaking Spanish. That is one of my biggest pet peeves.

Thanks for the review Darlene! The team you had on your move is one of our most requested teams. They are highly skilled but English is also their second language. During moves, communication is the key to efficiency and as Spanish is their most comfortable language, they default to this when working. Thank you for your feedback. Have a wonderful day!

Phone support and booking movers went well. Staff able to answer questions. When movers showed up, they didn’t confirm who was the contact that should complete the moving agreement, get proper valuation of items and insurance. Also a dresser leg was damaged by movers and we were only told to be careful with the dresser, didn’t own up to the fact that they damaged a leg.

Not very happy with customer service, the movers dropped my tool box and damaged it to the point where I cant now fully use it anymore. I was informed when It happened a representative would be contacting me but I have not had any calls yet and its been over 10 days thus far.
