Service was done well, furniture wrapped and loaded with care,.. but one 48” mirror was shattered but a claim was submitted on the spot for the loss. The crew did an amazing job removing my furniture from my 7th floor apartment to my new home residence. I’m disabled and the service worked great for me. The final price was also great. Thanks guys for all your help and patience.

Worst experience ever, service was SUBCONTRACTED by nation wide transport carrier to deliver furniture purchased out of state. Communication from office was terrible, inaccurate. All phone extensions busy on several attempts to contact pre delivery & dispatch. No call backs when requested & lastly the night before delivery, invoice sent requesting payment for delivery of $282 which was already paid to the national carrier.Day of the delivery, drivers arrived with an empty truck, had to contact driver's supervisor to locate the furniture sitting at the warehouse. Second team delivered furniture. Days following myself & retailer still billed after, Dwayne and Drew said they would bill Ideal Truck. Retailer had to take ownership of paying bill and rebill Ideal Truck.
