The office did not put in my moving directions that I was on the third floor so the estimate was low, despite me telling her that I was on the third floor in an apartment. However, Keyshaun B and Rich C did a great job despite being frustrated that the office had flubbed the booking. They took extra time and put together my son's bed straight out of the box and repacked my storage unit leaving it way better than before. They worked continuously and my move still did not take long at all. They were wonderful.

Due to circumstances out of my control, I was unable to move as much stuff as I wanted to the night before the movers were due. No problem, I thought, I'll just pay extra and have them do it. Except that they arrived with a moving van. Not a truck. A van. I understand that based on the information I initially gave that this would've been an appropriate size, but I had no idea that vans were even an option. Had the person I originally spoke with indicated this, I might have called the night before and let them know I would have extra stuff. Silly me. Assuming Two Men and a TRUCK would show up with, you know, an actual truck. Anyway, I will use you again to move the rest, but only because my movers were awesome and put in as much stuff as they possibly could.

Eric, Juan, and an African American male whose name I lost—all three were extremely polite, willing to please, and treated my concerns and furniture with care. I was a little concerned about Eric’s attitude toward the two workers who were really excellent. I would have them back in a minute.

We had a slight timing issue when moving into the new dwelling. The workers were hustling, literally running upstairs, to make sure that the move was completed per the deadline. That was so appreciated by me and my family. My mother also commented that she was so impressed because she heard none of the workers cussing. They worked very hard and we were all amazed with their strength and ability to move furniture at the right angle to ease through door frames. Very satisfied and I would use them again.

We need two trucks and 6 men to gets us moved and they were great. Everyone was polite and helpful and really worked hard to get everything moved. I really appreciate everything. Brian did a great job keeping things organize and working with everyone. Thanks, Susan

Teach your people to not just use GPS as a guide !!!

<div>Hello Ken, we use GPS as a favor to our customers. Our GPS system updates in real time with traffic updates and backups allowing us to modify our routes when a quicker route is available. If you have a better solution for navigating 20+ trucks on a daily basis we would gladly entertain it :) Have a great day Ken!</div>
