Furniture forgotten, damaged, wall damage at both locations, door left off, feet not put back on a sofa etc., etc. has been reported, but need repairs completed by 7/10/19 when we close.

The moving crew was told to follow me to the new house. They did not do so and spent 45 minutes lost and we had to go find them. Also, our hardwood floors were damaged with 2 deep scratches. After telling us they could not take apart out treadmill we found that they damaged 2 of the handles when they further disassembled it. I was disappointed to find the damage done to our property.

Overall, the experience was good. The movers were nice and friendly. We were quite annoyed that many things were left behind at our old house, namely a refrigerator and bicycles that we ended up having to move. The men told my wife they were out of room on the truck and had another job to pick up. The job was also underestimated and ended up costing us a few hundred dollars more than originally assumed. My wife has called in to make a claim about our grill and has yet to hear back...

This was the worst experience for us!
- they were an 1.5 hours late
- it took them 5 hours with 5 people to load a 3 bedroom house.
- made a hole in my wall when moving furniture
- picture frames and mugs broke in the box
- it took them 60 mins to go from 132nd and Blondo to 144th & q.
- sent a truck too small for our stuff. It was at 106% capacity
- they told us, a 2nd truck was coming in 15 mins. It didn’t show up for 3 hours
- every time we called we were told it was on its way. Customer service hung up on us a few times. The office also refused to answer calls. The movers had to call the office to get a hold of them.
- our furniture was dented and ruined. Floors scuffed
We have not received any compensation for our terrible experience.

Overall, Two Men and a Truck is a great service with many talented crews. They have made a couple moves much easier for me. The process for claims when damage occurs is not great though, several days of waiting and back and forth with the office.

The movers were efficient, but neglected to care for my new home and furniture. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and multiple areas within my new home. My wood kitchen floor is scratched beyond repair, many doorways and walls were damaged, and a leaky refrigerator was placed on my new carpet where it leaked fluid. I am also waiting for the claim process and the move was two weeks ago.

Top notch all around. All the things you worry about inna move never happened. The office person was very clear and accurate and the movers were great. I’d have a beer with any of them and that’s a high compliment from me. Would definitely recommend

we scheduled 4 men & one truck per recommendation of the office person, Randal, who had worked with before & trusted his advice. unfortunately what we really got was more like 3 men & a truck. there were two new hires on the move, one spent more time walking back & forth from the truck with his hands in his pockets, & when he did carry anything he was always banging into the walls, standing metal rails on the wood floors. unfortunately they did damage my piano chipping a large piece out of the side and making several gauges in the front of it under the keyboard. the lead Anthony and Cortez on the move were excellent, unfortunately the others were not up to par.
overall the move went smoothly, but they took things that were to stay & left things I asked be moved. somewhat disappointed.

Several times we noticed movers carrying boxes upside down. Boxes were also placed upside down on the floor. Boxes were all clearly labeled. In the last hour or so of the move, the movers were clearly ready to be done and didn't place boxes in the rooms as directed and appeared annoyed if we asked them to move them to the right location. A card table was ripped and we were not informed. It is not a high value item, but it would have been nice to have been notified of the damage. A box was dropped as it was removed it from the truck. Mattresses were mixed up. We had one with a box spring and one without. The one from the set was put in the basement and the one that did not match was placed in the bedroom. We were not consulted and did not notice until after the movers left the property.
