We’ve used 2 Men several times throughout the years and have always been pleased. This move we experienced our first damages though and I’m still waiting for a call back or a response to the photos I sent in showing damages to our new bedroom furniture and mini fridge.

Gave each mover 25 dollars cash. One of the movers said the total amount and that he usually gets 20 percent tip, that would be another $265 dollars. Cannot express how uncomfortable it made me and my wife, pathetic. Used company many times before. They also damaged a dresser.

We had Two Men and a Truck handle a fairly large move. I can’t say enough good about the team that took care of us. They were the hardest working team that I think I have ever seen. They worked very well together and were happy and joking with each other. It was truly a pleasure to have them here.

Although I used your services 5 times before, but after the last one I’ll never use it again nor recommended to anyone else. The movers were wasting time, talking on the phone, and not focusing on moving things. The cost was very high even though that I only have a few things to move. Why would a two bedrooms apartment furniture’s cost $913!? I’m unhappy with your service this time.

It started with a late arrival then an argument that there was no reservation for the move and it only got better. Not all the boxes were moved and they left early because they had another job to get to. Horrible experience. I will never use you again nor will I ever miss the opportunity to let others know of the disappointing service. Better of with a UHaul.

Our questions were met with focus, even though they likely hear the same questions all the time. They moved quickly and worked well together. My property was handled with care and nothing was damaged! They set up furniture and had us ready for our first night in our new home!
