There should not be a charge until movers are on site and it should stop when they leave. I was not impressed with loading and unloading of my belongings.

I had less stuff this time than I did on a previous move but it took the movers much more time this time.Not sure why?? But they were nice and courteous however, at the end when the guys had to call the office to run my credit card the gentleman on the other end was very rude and acted as if he was bothered that he had to take the phone call... overall this experience was not nearly as good as previous times.

Our team of John Mahoney, Hazael, Caroll and Patrick was outstanding. To a person they were solicitous in asking our opinions on placement and treatment of our household goods, thankful for our help to them in our preparedness, lunch, etc., and concerned about our satisfaction with their work. To a man, all great examples of good customer service and exceptional work ethic; they never stopped. John was an exceptionally good driver, able to back into a narrow driveway from a street filled with construction crew vehicles. The move was a great experience from beginning to (almost) end. We noted one minor damage issue after they left and it's nothing that can't be fixed.

Overall excellence in care, service, speed, knowledge!! Requested Marcus again, he exceeds ALL expectations !!! Both guys worked in unison and harmony, efficient and Strong. Good communication btwn them! Can't recommend them and your Company enough!! Better than excellent ! !!!

What a great team! The men moved my furniture and boxed items like they were moving their own things, with care and wasted NO time. I will use Two Men And A Truck again, for sure!

Everyone was great. We were especially pleased with the two men who showed up to move our belongings. They were warm, courteous, hardworking and very careful with our items. Couldn't have been more pleased!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Two Men and a Truck. Always do what they say and at a very competitive rate. The movers were A+ ... so friendly, fast and fun to work with. I will always rely on this company. A+ A+ A+
