My experience with Two Men And a Truck exceeded my expectations! From my initial contact with the office staff to my meeting with the estimator to moving day with the crew, all of my needs were handled in the most professional and caring way. My moving crew came in and took away all of the stress of moving day. They took the utmost care of my furniture and belongings and were so polite and personable while they worked. They made moving all of that heavy furniture look so easy and appeared to enjoy their jobs! I appreciated everything they did to help make moving day so smooth! I will definitely call them for my next move, and I will request the same crew of men! Thanks Two Men And a Truck!

From our very first phone call requesting services to the actual moving day to final followup call from the office, the Two Men & a Truck staff were focused on customer service and satisfaction. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and very efficient. The estimator thought 10 hours might be required; Marcus and his guys came in at 7.25 hours! Great news for this customer.

This is the second time I used Two men and a Truck. The guys had a great attitude and get the work done in a timely fashion. I will be using Two men and a Truck in the future.

THE 3 MEN WERE TIMELY,HELPFUL, POLITE, AGREEABLE AND CONSIDERATE OF OUR PROPERTY AND POSSESSIONS. WE FULLY INTEND TO REQUEST THIS SAME CREW FOR OUR MOVE TO NASHVILLE, WHEN OUR HOUSE IS SOLD. WE ARE SO GLAD THAT WE CALLED FOR THEM. COMPARED TO OTHER FOLKS WE HAVE HIRED IN THE PAST, THIS CREW WAS HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THEM.

The men worked hard and they did their job. They were unable to move our table saw and one other piece of equipment, however they came back Saturday with a lift truck and moved them. They both were very courteous and respectful.

Please understand that I had to calm down to respond to this survey. The movers that were provided were extremely lacking in motivation. The tools they brought were purchased for children at The Dollar General Store. Their understanding of how to put furniture into a room was dismal at best. They did not understand how difficult it would be to put a dresser in a room with a King size bed already built in it. They also did not bring all of the furniture into the room first, nor did they understand how to put a night table in right next to the bed. The bed had to be moved twice to get it to fit and then they had to climb over it to get out. They moved so slowly we did not have them get any of the boxes causing us to rent a U-Haul Trailer to complete the move. More to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were moving an antique upright grand piano. I had sent a picture. My pre-movement letter showed three movers and a truck. Only two guys came which really worried me if they were going to be able to handle it or injure themselves. My husband pitched in and helped when they got to our residence but total time was 4.5 hours. The guys were great.

John was extremely knowledgeable. He knew upon viewing what was to be moved that it would not fit into the storage unit we had rented and he advised us to get the next size larger. He was exactly right! The other young man, Jake, was very personable and worked diligently with direction from John. Within the next few months, our house will be ready to be lived in again, no thanks to hurricane Florence, and we hope you send the same 2 men to get us back into our home. Barbara C.

The three movers were AWESOME...they had personality, a caring attitude and kept asking is there anything else you need done!! I would highly recommend to anyone that's moving!
