I was very satisfied with the move. Everything was clearly communicated throughout the process and the office staff and movers were very nice. The movers took care of my things and even helped me tighten my bed frame.

Movers worked hard, were friendly and my possessions were treated with respect. They made sure everything was in its place before they left. They were a big help!!

I never got a detailed bill. I was contacted by someone asking for payment befor I even saw a bill to compare against my quote. I explained that my bill was higher than the quote and he said someone would contact me; however, nobody did. I am not saying that I was over billed, all I am saying is that I should at least get to review something prior to someone asking for my credit card. I did not want to answer anything on this survey because there is no place to expand on my answer

I was happy with service. Only advice to make service little better was when guys put furniture in storage unit I wished they would have put bigger items in back of the storage unit. But also my fault I should have directed them to do so.

I was very happy with my moving experience. We are selling our current home but the home we are buying is not yet ready so our belongings had to be placed in storage by your team. The movers arrived on time, were very nice and courteous and moved our contents like they were moving their own items. The two men obviously worked together before, had a team approach and organized system that really worked well. I felt like they were working as quickly and efficiently as possible to get the job done even though I was paying by the hour. They never took a break or slowed down. I will be requesting these two men again in a few weeks when we are ready to move our contents from storage into our new home.
