I was very happy with the move originally. I had met with the agent several times and was optimistic that all my belongings would fit in a 26 foot truck. Moving day was a disaster as I had to rent a trailer and a box truck ! I had some family and helpers, and would not have been successful if I had left all to the movers. My two men were excellent - Linwood and Tyrell - very confusing for the remainder of the stuff!!!

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with the professionalism and care shown by Joe and Sean during our recent move. They attended to every detail with enthusiasm and diligence. I would highly recommend them and this company to anyone seeking to support a local business that has a tremendous work ethic!

The two technicians (Robert and Marcus) were excellent. very courteous, polite, and helpful. They showed great concern and care to ensure no belongings were damaged. I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience.

The respresentative showed up on time, explained everything to me and recapped the arrangements. I had the estimate by the time we finished. Very efficient

The moving team called ahead and were at the storage units on time. In spite of ninety degree heat, they did an excellent job getting all my things into my new home with care and attention to where I wanted them. And they finished early. They were a pleasure to work with. They were neat, courteous and made my day.

I contracted for a move into your storage unit in Wilmington, NC on 6/19/18. Your crew came and asked me to sign paperwork before loading my items, which I did. He said that the inventory would include documenting the condition of each item. To save time I requested that we skip documenting the condition since all of the items were used. He agreed and asked me to initial this on the form, and I did. My items were loaded, I was asked to pay $607.40 to cover the move, one month of storage for 2-containers and mattress covers. The drivers left, but did not give me any receipts or copies of what I had signed. I returned to Charlotte right after they left and realized that they did not give me any paperwork. I called the next day and was told that they would scan and email all paperwork

Mary was one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with over the phone.
Marcus and his partner, I apologize I cannot remember his name, did an absolutely fantastic job. Very courteous and professional.
I will recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone I come in contact with that needs such services.

I paid for too many boxes, the movers left some key items back at old house, after repeated requests about the rarity of a lamp and offering to move it myself, Norman decided to move it and break a very rare and expensive torche lamp. I’m extremely upset and want compensation
