My wife and I have been in the Wilmington, N.C. area for several years and have used your company twice before. With out any doubt, the gentleman who helped us move were the most polite, courteous, and conscientious group we have ever experienced. After the move some items were placed in the wrong rooms and after my wife identified this the group took ownership of the situation and within minutes things were placed in their proper rooms. We haven't seen this level of customer service in a very long time and it's all because of of the individuals you hire.

I was very pleased with the men who moved me. They were efficient and polite and very pleasant to work with.

Over all a very successful move. There was damage to a wall that was not reported to us so we were a little disappointed, but the company will be making repairs.

I was very happy with your service until yesterday when I tried to open the bottom right dresser drawer. It was jammed on an angle and I was unable along with a friend unable to open it. When I removed the adjoining drawer it was obvious that the drawer was angled in a way that the drawer was probably off the track partially. I am very unhappy about this situation and would like for someone to inspect the damage. This furniture is old but well made and very sturdy.

I will start by saying the moving experience was excellent and the price was perfect. I would say it was perfect from start to finish... except the finish part was a problem. I was so happy with the service provided, I decided to tip the movers $20 each. That required my wife to go to the ATM. 15 minutes later she returned with $60 and parked on the street in front of my car. After giving them the money we witnessed them get in the truck and start down the driveway. We went inside and began the unpacking process. At that point my wife decided to move her SUV to the driveway so we could unload some boxes from the rear. That's when we noticed the vehicle had been sideswiped leaving a dent, a long scratch and black residue from a tire on her rear fender. The local office denied the damage.

The movers were hustling the whole time. They all were very nice and professional.

The movers were experienced, courteous, and worked well as a team. There was a small ding in the lid of the piano. The head mover filled out a report, and said someone would contact us. As of yet, no one has.

This is the first time I have had to use a moving service and am extremely pleased with this one. The the care that was taken was as if it were their own. Very efficient, friendly and courteous. If ever I had to move again I would use this company. Cudos to everyone at Two Men and especially the to the 2 movers that was sent to move me!

Danielle in the office helped me with my many questions and changes to dates and packing needs. I was high maintenance and she always helped cheerfully. The movers David and crew were extremely efficient and quick-exceeded our expectations in price. The moving crew was very personable and put us at ease.

They transported my piano and were very knowledgeable and careful.
Placed all furniture in home and took care of items and home. Very respectful.
