Our movers, Marcus and Forester, were absolutely great: professional, polite, friendly, good communicators, good senses of humor, and VERY good movers. We were very impressed and grateful. The office staff was also very communicative and professional. Our only hiccup in the whole experience was getting a late start -- truck engine trouble led to them switching to a different truck in the morning, and then the normal in-town scales were closed and they had to drive an hour out of the way to weigh the truck before coming to us. I'd say the only thing that could have been done better would have been to check on whether the scales would be open before that morning, so they delay would have been less -- but the rest of the move went so well, and M andamp; F were so great, that all turned out fine.

The move went smoothly but your company charged me for an hour of drive time when I was quoted 30 minutes. The driver called me at 9:23 saying he just left the office. Two men took my address down incorrectly (715 instead of 714) which delayed another 10 minutes of so. Once they arrived at 9:45 everything was smooth, however, I feel I was overcharged 30 minutes for drive time considering I live 3 to 4 miles from your office and it was Saturday morning so there was no traffic.

I thought they all did a great job. Very organized and professional.

Everything worked great. Drivers were outstanding.

The 'Two Men', Jonah and Hunter, were very efficient, careful and professional. We would specifically ask for them again. I do think the 'full' charge for travel, with no use of the 'truck' is excessive.

I will call again as needed and recommend the service.
