The moving team arrived on time and were very professional. They set to work immediately and made the moving experience run smoothly with low stress. Excellent service. I was very pleased.

The people sent to help me move had great personalities and appeared to have strong work ethics. All were very professional and completed their job in an acceptable time. I witnessed a competitor pull in one hour before Two Men and a Truck, they did not wrap and move their customers belongings with half the care your employees did for me. Plus we were on the way to my new home before they were a quarter of the way completed. I will recommend your services in the future.

Movers did not take all items fm garage as discussed. Did not hook up dryer, and left dirty vent hose in dryer without saying anything. Did not attach headboards to bed frames.

From the first call I made to the office my move was made so easy for me. The movers were excellent, professional, responsible, took great care of all my belongings, great attitude. WELL TRAINED PROFESSIONALS!!

The mover told me that my sofa wouldn’t fit in the house. My dad came over and got it in with no trouble. He scraped my ceiling twice with furniture as well as a wall which caused small pieces of painted Sheetrock to fall onto the floor. He never apologized. He left his water bottle in my front yard upon leaving. My bed was set up incorrectly but I caught that and had them fix it. They put my dressers in the wrong places but fixed this as well before leaving. One of the guys asked me to rate him very well if someone called so he could win a prize for his “old lady.” The other guy with him was very polite. Very well mannered. I was told there was not an extra travel fee by phone yet was charged an extra $120 by the mover. I overpaid for the service I received. That’s how I feel. Thanks.

The men came complaining about their boss and their work schedule for the summer, overworked. They did not wrap any of my furniture going on the truck and coming off of the truck. All of my furniture was scratched and dented. They even broke a leg off of one of my dressers. When I talked with the moving crew about the issue he didn’t apologize at all. All he wanted was to be out of work early that day. Complete disregard for my furniture. Some of it was passed down many generations and dear to my heart. It is just ruined now!

Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

My team Chris and John from Two Men and a Truck in Mooresville were so professional and friendly. They took all the stress out of my moving. I cannot say enough nice things about these two young men. It is hard to find people who will work as hard as they did and take as much care with my items and furniture. I gave them a 5 star rating but wish it could be higher. Their company is very lucky to have them as employees. The office staff was great too. Always prompt and friendly. Great Company and Great Moving experience. Thank you.
