In sixteen years of military moves, this was BY FAR the best move ever. Not a single thing was broken (yes, in past moves with gov contracted companies, something has been broken in every move).
The crew was awesome. Professional, courteous, and efficient. They treated our move like their own. They answered questions. They used floor/door/wall protectors in our home. I did not have to keep them on task, or wonder how many breaks they would be taking throughout the job, or listen to profanities or inappropriate conversations (which have been problemswith other companies used).
The office staff was friendly and more than helpful. Due to unforseen circumstances, our move date changed SEVERAL times over a week long period, and they accommodated us each time without hesitation.

Everything would have been marked excellent but the men left the headboard loose. Threre are two large bolts that hold the headboard to the side rails, other than that they did a good job.
