My washer and dryer was damaged (bent). The movers were terrible. The lead mover made us sign first, then he started the clock. He talked for 45 minutes to over an hour. I paid $140.00 just to hear him go over the rules. I should be reimbursed!

I was told three movers would be arriving to move my piano up a flight of stairs. I thought three was risky given the weight of the piano and was very disturbed when only two movers arrived. I expressed my concern but the lead gentleman insisted they could do it. I believe it was simply luck that they performed the task without one of them being crushed under the weight of a piano falling on them in the stairwell. Your organization should care enough about your customers items to send the appropriate number of movers but, more importantly, should care more for the safety of it's employees.

I was very pleased with my moving experience. The movers were very professional. I would recommend them for others in their moves.

I had a good experience overall. Guys are very friendly, polite, and work well together. This is the second time I used Two Men and a Truck. First time it was to move into storage and a second time to move into our home. Some of my furniture with concussions and a weight bench had indentations in them from resting on other furniture while in storage that did not come out. First movers did great with moving the treadmill. The second movers did not. I have LVP flooring scratched, and two walls scuffed. The doorway padding grippers left marks on the doorways. One of the 3 movers had his underwear and butt crack showing most of the time.
I might use Two Men and a Truck again but will watch more closely.
