The only really negative aspect of the service was caused by poor communication within the office staff and dispatch. My time window for arrival was between 9 am and 10 am. I was guaranteed that the movers would arrive by 10 am. The time-frame was crucial given this was a court ordered move due to domestic violence. I personally contacted the office each day up to the move to verify the time window and that they would arrive no later than 10 am. Even with my due diligence the movers did not arrive until 10:27 am. Almost a half hour late and because of the 15 minute company charge policy I had to pay for 13 mins of the 27 they were late by. Because of this I could not recommend Two Men and a Truck to any professional who works in a time sensitive capacity.

Robert and Trey were great. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, surveyed everything I had boxed up, decided what to load first and went to work. They loaded everything in the house and garage and were going in no time. They arrived two days later right on time and unloaded our things and placed them exactly where we wanted them in the house and garage. Robert took time to fill out and explain all the paper work, we shook hands and they were off again to get another load and head back home. Excellent job - Well satisfied with the price - Will definitely recommend to anyone that ask. I just hope I don't have to move again.............. Two Men and A Truck is an exceptional company providing service which is like a breath of fresh air. Their office staff has things under control, are respectful, clear and orderly. They provide helpful information, can take the guesswork out of your moving experience by knowing all the ins and outs of the process. The movers were excellent, careful, personable, and knowledgeable, maneuvering unwieldy furniture around tight spaces without any damage to property. They are friendly, have their paperwork in order, communicate well, and are very flexible when encountering unexpected situations. I've use Two Men and a Truck for several local moves and will continue to do so, and recommend them, as long as they continue to provide such a satisfying moving experience. Thanks!

Very easy to set up a moving date. Was called ahead of time and given an estimate of time of arrival. TJ and Dallas were great - worked extremely well as a team, kind and answered all of questions.

Very efficient and quick service. The movers protected my furniture. Reasonable price. Will use again if I need to move.

Ricky and Dominique were amazing! Extremely friendly, asked questions to ensure items were going to proper location, and meticulous with moving items. Stephanie in the front office was great and got us set up despite the quick turn around. Great job!

They were 3 hours late and had already put in a full day. The movers were very sorry that the first job took longer than had been estimated but to get in you new home at 10:00 at night is not really a good experience
