The two men who moved the item I needed moving were friendly, efficient, and very competent. I was also very pleased with the informative and courteous service of the woman who took my phone call and arranged the move. Will use Two Men and a Truck again.

The movers put boxes that had already been packed into larger boxes just so they could charge us for more boxes. They also packed things randomly and without order. The dishes were not packed carefully; they were put in a big box when they should have been packed in smaller boxes. The largest possible boxes were used just to charge more for the boxes.

I was very pleased with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. The whole team was very professional and polite and they did a great job with both the packing and moving. Will use them again next time!

The office confirmed multiple time and also via email, that the window of DELIVERY would be between 9 am and 10 am. Based on that, I took time out of my job to help my dad who is 82 to accept his furniture delivery. By 10 am no one has shown up or called. I called the driver who said that it won't be until 12:30 or 1 until they deliver because they have a 4-hour drive from NC to SC. He said that he was not made aware of the delivery window by corporate and that if he was made aware, he would have left the night before. Needless to say, I missed several more hours of work and we had to stay in the office of the apartment complex, as there was no furniture in the apartment to sit on.

We had a tough time because of rain during our move. The movers worked hard to protect our items and make the move go as smooth as possible. Our team was extremely hard working and we completely felt that tried to take care of us and our possessions. We were pleased with the outcome overall. A couple of bumps but for the most part all worked out.
