The men arrived promptly at the estimated time and work hard to get us moved by mid-afternoon. The put our beds together so we could sleep in
them that first night! The were very attentive to us , especially putting all the furniture where we wanted it. It was a plus that they went to our storage
unit and picked up some 75 boxes and a few small pieces and brought them to our new house. Nothing was broken or damaged even though we have several fragile antique pieces.

It was disappointing the my check was lost and I had to spend 45 minutes with my branch doing a stop payment. We will chalk that up to "things happen."

You broke my $600 adjustable dumbbells by stacking them on top of each other plus a lead acid battery on top of both of them and slamming them down the stairs on a handtruck. You're awful.

The 3 gentlemen that were involved in our moving process were very helpful, and offered suggestions for move preparations.

Movers made no effort to wrap desk in anything protective. A bed protector was pulled over mattress/box spring until it tore in several places. I had to request a second one which was sloppily put on. No tape was used to seal it. Tall light skinned gentleman very professional. His partner was less enthusiastic and reeked of cigarette smoke as did apt. after he left.

In what I anticipated would be a stressful event, everything went perfectly; from planning our move with Joseph in the office, to the long haul direct service handled with care by Tyronne and Steve, the whole experience was better than I could have ever expected.
