My experience was very poor, and continues to be. Not with the movers, but, from the franchise manager, and the franchise owner. I have sent requested photos twice, and many phone calls of damages and missing items. I have received nothing but promises from both the franchise manager and the franchise owner. I feel like I have been thrown to wolves. Both of these guys have done nothing but make excuses. It's been since April and today is June. I have emailed Corporate to no avail or answer, which really makes my blood boil. Next step, I will let my attorney handle it.

We still have missing items that have yet to be resolved. Moving boxes were poorly labeled resulting in delivery issues. Multiple scratches on wall and furniture, beds not completely assembled and missing glass shelving. Also we were told that our boxes would be picked up once unpacked and today we were told that was not an option. Dissapointed to say the least.

My movers were awesome, if I ever need to move again I will know who to call!

I can't say enough good things about my two experiences so far with Two Men and a Truck. The moving crew was outstanding; very courteous and friendly as well as efficient and careful with our stuff. I will always recommend this company to others and will continue to use myself in any future moves.

The movers did work hard, but I did not hover over them. They did not protect my furniture (major scratches) and I had several things broken. I would not hire you if you offered me the same men. I have used Two Men and a Truck before, this time being my 4th time. The past experience was excellent, a few scratches and dents as expected and I had nothing broken. This time was very poor. They did not protect my furniture where the hand truck touched my furniture and they broke many things. Not happy.

Francisco, Jesus, and Kevin were the best team ever. It was the best moving experience I've had. They were friendly, professional, and took great care of my furniture.

Kendrick and John were very accommodating. They called to see they were running late which was appreciated.

Movers were wonderful, friendly and took extra special care in moving and unloading furniture. Highly recommend Two Men and A Truck for moving services.

The young men were polite, courteous,and got right to work. If they had questions they ask me what I wanted. Would use them again. A blessing to me. Thanks!

We had great service from Two Men and a Truck. The Karen was terrific in setting the move up and when we had to change dates for the move. She was clear on what to expect and arrival times etc.
Sherodd and Fred were outstanding. Both men were professional, careful with our furniture which included large handmade pieces. Each piece was wrapped well. They were courteous, worked together well and answered any questions we had. They reviewed the process and pieces with us each step of the move, from the time they entered our home, packed the furniture, secured the furniture on their truck and unloaded it at the new location.
We were very happy with their service and the move.
We would recommend this team and will use Two Men and Truck if needed in the future.
