movers were scheduled to arrive at 3:00, and that time was confirmed in advance. After waiting on site for over an hour without any notice, I called the office to confirm the moving teams arrival status. They informed me that the team was running late, and they would need to get some food before arriving. They arrived at 4:30. Appeared to be in a rush to finish the last move of the day. Got stuff in the truck, then delivered to my house across town. Did not offer to wear shoe covers for my carpeted areas inside the house or lay down any protection for dirty shoes. Also broke the glass out of an antique display case during the move. They apologized for that, but should not have occurred. I have a property damage claim to process for the damage.

Half of the things I asked to be moved were left. Resulting in me having to make 4 50 mile trips to collect more things. Items are missing and / or broken.

Great experience with sales team in setting up and moving my times around. Movers attitude and vibe were great. Unfortunately some breaks to my property but overall the process was great. Looking forward to an expedited claims process and resolution.

The estimate , scheduling , packing , loading , unloading were excellent . I have only praises for the office and moving crew.
However we had a couple items damaged and I did not have a good experience with the claim section . The claim representative was condescending and they offered 100 dollars remplacement money to have a photo print with Shutterfly when the damaged original was from a photo art studio and purchased for 950 dollars ! The claim representative was not aware initially that I had purchased a Full Value Protection . I asked what was the role of that protection and so far did not get any response . I recommend highly Two men and a Truck but would advise customers to get adequate insurance and full understanding of the different protections .

From the first phone call to the confirmation call to the final follow up the management were courteous, efficient and organized. The moving team were on time, courteous, and swift. Didn't waste any time. They accidentally got away with our broom and only one piece of furniture had damage. The dining table. It was minor and due to the way the leafs open up and how the top piece is attached to base - a 1/2 inch dowel pin on each side holds the top in place. Could have happened to anyone helping me pick up the table and move it. A dowel pin broke off but we have it and hubby is going to glue it back. Would recommend to friends and will use when we move again after finding new home.

We had a 5 person crew.. 3 of the guys we're very good, hard working and good attitudes. 2 of the guys not so much.

They were very rough on my house - Multiple scratches in hardwood floors, dings and scratches on walls, broke the dryer electrical wall plate and just left it, didn't securely hookup dryer vent, etc.

Very happy with the move , I took full service insurance . A couple of items were damaged and just submitted a claim . It was easy and I am sure it will be satisfactory since our experience so far has been very good .

Mover broke the leg off of one of my tables during the move. The mover was very apologetic and full responsibility. There was no outreach from the office staff. So I had to contact the office staff after the move. Office staff offered no apology. Said he would send a form for me to complete and send back to them so they would determine what they would do. No emotion. He did not express a caring attitude. I was very dissatisfied with the seemingly non-caring attitude of the office personnel.

Mover was rude and arrived two hours early; complained when I asked him to wait until I was done. Insisted on getting started; even walked upstairs to start before I said no. We have a dog that is scared of people; were waiting for a friend to pick him up before the move started. Later, complained to the manager that we were not done packing. Dropped an expensive sofa chair, heard a large crack. Have not had a chance to inspect it for damage. Pulled out a cabinet with poles on top that toppled to the ground. I asked him to be careful. He responded “I’ve been doing this for 17 years, I know what I am doing.” At new home, mattress is currently downstairs and washer/dryer are in the garage instead of inside. I am out of characters, rest of reviews will be online.
