Our packing team did an incomplete, poor job. The next team, the load/move team, did a great job to help make up for the deficit but it still resulted in a substantial delay in departure and an unnecessarily late arrival

The team that showed up was great. Very professional and hard working. The office team checked in a few days ahead of the move and the moving team contacted me the day of and gave a time when they would be there. Everything was seamless just as you hope things are during a move.
