The truck was suppose to arrive at my apartment between 0900-1000. I was called at 0955 and informed that the truck will be delayed. I was told they might arrive late afternoon. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called so many times trying to talk to a supervisor. I kept getting transferred to the same person who could not help me or give me any other information. The truck finally arrives at 1415 and I am greeted as if there was no problem at all. The driver tells me that since my furniture is already broke down, they can not put it back together when we arrive at the new home. I say "that is the least you can do, since you are 4 hours late". While driving to the new home, the truck breaks down and is on the side of the road as I pass by them. Another delay. No discount... poor customer service.

Overall very happy with the move. There seemed to be a miscommunication when I scheduled with the office. I explained it was a large storage unit and placed emphasis on large antique furniture, but it was scheduled as a quick move of just those pieces of furniture. Therefore, the moving team expected it to be a small move and I could tell they were a bit frustrated. Also, there was reluctance to move things to the dumpster - why? However, they regained their positive attitude and stayed on the job to finish. We worked until 8pm and was very happy it was completed. Mack, Kunta and Marcus were excellent - good attitude and strong. Tracy was good, but I could tell he was new. I will highly recommend you guys again but will advise others to ensure better up front communication. Thanks!

I was happy when we used first time so I called you guys again. But the people you sent were not capable of handling the move and have caused damage to walls and furniture in our house

The movers were courteous and professional. From what I saw they took care with my belongings. They did ask questions about where things should go when unloading. However, my large flat screen TV made it to the destination and did not work. It was packed in the box it came in when I bought it. The screen is not cracked but there is an internal screen issue and the TV is not responsive. It just turns on and nothing else. While I could recommend them for moving, I would not recommend them for moving large or valuable electronics.

Ricky, Joe and Dominique were excellent! They called ahead of time, were very efficient in packing, loading and unloading my mother to her new apartment. I highly recommend your company. Kudos to you all for a great job!

Cazzie and Brian were on time, very careful with our furniture, polite and a good team. We will be moving the remainder of our furnishings once we sell our house and will be calling you soon. Hopefully we will get Cazzie and Brian again!

The movers were very professional. They treated my furniture with care. I was impressed with the way they protected my piano and went out of their way to make sure it was secure before moving it.

The coordination from the team that organized this was amazing! We could not pull off this event without the wonderful donation from Two Men And A Truck!

The two men were nice but one of them was hard of understanding. He helped though scrap off the ice off my sidewalk so they can begin moving furniture out of the existing apartment. He did mention or "hint" of receiving a tip which I don't really think is appropriate even though I was planning on giving them regardless. I was happy that they finished in less time and cut the total price down!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my moving team. They were fast, efficient, and got the job done in 2 hours. Would use them again for next move and highly recommend!
