My husband is filing a complaint with your company, but, in a nut shell, office staff shorted our moving team a man, which delayed the whole moving process for many hours, in addition, they did not send boxes we had pre ordered so we had to wait on them to be delivered to pack our hanging clothes. Furniture and brick steps to our house were damaged in the move

Tyrone and Kavone were phenomenal from the minute they arrived. We went over ever possible route from my apartment to the truck in order to make the job easiest and fastest. On the 2nd stop, they had to walk furniture through the woods around the house in the rain. They didn’t complain at all. The reason for the move was emotionally difficult, but their professionalism and attitudes made a bad situation go much much smoother. I can not recommend those guys enough.

My furniture was distroyed and one of the movers had the nerve to tell me there is no way I didn’t think anything was going to break while moving.
Betty
1/4 of the furniture was left behind. Called office and a second team came to finish the job at a reduced rate. Okay experience!

The weather played a big part in my evaluation as it delayed the team from arriving as planned and was hampered in a followup for the necessary second move. Even a truck had mechanical problems. The team was excellent but needed a larger truck and more staff.

The estimated it would take 2-4 hours to move our furniture. It barely took an hour and half! They were so quick and efficient. The price was very reasonable. And all I had to do was instruct them where to put things at the new place. Wonderful experience!

Robert and Trey were wonderful. They moved my furniture from Durham to North Myrtle Beach in pouring rain (packing and unpacking). Great attitude the whole time. Took great care with my things and had great customer service throughout. I will be requesting these two when I move again.

The only glitch was that I thought some items were missing. It turned out that they were in the clothes boxes. I couldn't hang up clothes, because the closet hadn't had a rod installed, so I hadn't opened the clothes.
