Absolutely wonderful experience! Thank Y'all so much! Nice people who cared about my furniture! They all need a raise!

The movers were very kind and did their best. However, I had some pieces damaged and am very upset by it. Big gouge on the top of two units and scrapes all over my outdoor furniture. I would like a representative to call me. I think the movers need to wrap more furniture. The outdoor furniture was not wrapped at all. Also when furniture is wrapped, the legs are not wrapped. That's where a lot of damage occurs. The guys did their best but they should be trained to wrap all pieces fully.

Movers Rafael and Ramon Sr could not have been more helpful. They were polite, professional, and worked as efficiently as anyone I've ever seen. After my experience with the two of them, I would hire them to accomplish any task, moving or otherwise. They are an asset to Two Men and a Truck, and I hope their value to the company is recognized. Thank you Rafael + Ramon Sr!

Job estimated at 4 hour. Movers arrived 11 pm, 1 hour late. Didn't finish until 7:15 pm. I was exhausted, men were exhausted. I had to drive one man back to office for socket wrench to undo one of my beds-took 30-45 minutes.I explained to quoter there were 2 stops, & 2nd stop was 3rd floor condo with no elevator-these facts were known. My storage unit was loaded haphazardly (I had gone to get them lunch so did not supervise). Poor men were exhausted getting the furniture up the stairs-it was brutal. TROSA would have sent 8 men to do this job. Cruel to have just 3 men doing this job, especially given 95 degree heat. They were on their phones a lot. Then it thundershowered on chairs including a silk chair. One of my finer pieces was not wrapped and was gouged. Just unprofessional.

Overall excellent experience. Great customer service in booking by phone and the two men were prompt, professional, and did a great job.

I think office needs to have more effective communication with one another in the office.

My movers were fabulous! They were polite, courteous, extremely helpful, mindful of my items and overall a wonderful team to work with!

I called on a Wednesday, spoke with the Lansing MI office, and tentatively arranged a move on Friday, 2:30 p.m., saying I would confirm early Thursday. I called back Thursday morning to request a 30 minute difference (3 p.m.) and the office said the time was OK, so it was all set. On Friday I waited 30 minutes past the 3:00 p.m. appointment, called the Durham office and was told there was nothing on the books for me. They said there was a note that the office tried calling me once but that my mobile voice mail was not set up. They did not try calling again (and it's rare that I can't answer my mobile phone). I needed the move done so agreed for a new time/date. The company offered me no discount, etc. I am not happy. The movers, themselves, were awesome.

Two Men and a Truck did a great job moving us from a 3rd floor apartment to a home. Nothing was damaged, the crew was well trained and friendly, and I felt like it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
