Alex and Ramon were very professional at their job moving our furniture from Durham to Lynchburg. The whole move took only about 5 and a half hours from beginning to end and was flawless.
As for the office staff, I originally had made the arrangements with Ely, who from what I understand was terminated between the time of the arrangements and the actual move. The quote for a 3,500 pound move was correct, but I was told originally by Ely that the actual cost could be reduced if the weight ended up being less. The weight was only 2,100 pounds, but I was not offered any reduction in the price of the move since there was a clause of a 3,500 pound minimum that was not made apparent to me until Alex showed me the contract on moving day. That kept this move from being overall excellent.
