The crew did a good job moving the items from storage into my in laws new home. The big issue they had with the movers was that their precautions were taken given Covid19. The website stated keep customers safe and that was not the case. My inlaws are elderly l, so I paid out of my own pocket to have a cleaning crew go and clean everything to be on the safe side.

We're glad to hear that you were satisfied with our services. We completely understand your concerns for the safety of your in-laws. While we aren't able to sanitize every item that we move, we are keeping our customers safe in as many ways as we are able to achieve. Our Movers and Drivers have been instructed not to shake hands with customers, remain 6 feet away at all times, and to use hand sanitizer before and after every move. They have also been provided with gloves and masks, should they feel as if they can continue to perform a move safely while using them. We're glad to hear that they were friendly and professional! All of our employees are provided with gloves and masks. We do not require them to wear the masks since it can inhibit their breathing while exercising and can be a safety hazard in other respects. Our Movers and Drivers are advised to stay at least six feet away from our customers and to not shake hands to keep them safe. This is the second time I have used them and have met all my expectations. The move went really quickly then I expected and would recommend the movers D.Jackson, J.Williams, and D.Threatt. They made conversation throughout the move and handle each item carefully. They moved with great speed and didn't slow down until everything was moved.

I'm glad I called Two Men and a Truck. They showed up on time and knocked my packing up in a tad over 90-minutes: PERRRFECT! They (Fields and Rose in Charlotte, NC) were personable and even had to get creative when it came to packing up my posters and pictures since they didn't have specific boxes that would accommodate such irregular items. The final cost was even cheaper than what I was quoted.
