The major issue we had was with the estimating process, going through the inventory, the office staff member estimated 6 to 8 hours for three men and a truck. The actual time taken resulted in 14 hours. That is double than what was estimated. Agreed, the three men were effectively only two men, as they took turns in taking a rest, but it should be in batches of two men (I.E. 2, 4, 6 etc).

It was a long and hard move and everyone worked hard. But to much time was wasted when they were cleaning their truck and folding the moving blankets. I am charged for them cleaning their truck which was an hour of them doing it which is not fair for me or any of your customers

My entire experience was awesome. The office staff helped with updating changes to my pick up order, adjusting move date. There was a lot of moving parts and they were there ever my step of the way. The movers were OVER THE TOP AWESOME being both Efficient & friendly. Thank you Two Men and a Truck. Each of you are awesome.

Gilet, Peyton and Mike did a super job!
They phoned to say they would be able to show up earlier than scheduled, which worked out great for me.
They did the job smoothly, professionally, with zero breakage or marks on any walls.
And they finished the job earlier than expected.
