I was not told about the three-hour window for arrival. That is a very important factor and I may not have scheduled at 3:30 pm if I had that information up front. Yes, it was in the paperwork that I received after scheduling the move, but that should have been discussed before scheduling. I call three times and could not get an update on ETA.

The men that came to move the contents of our home were on time, courteous and took good care of our furniture.

We had an excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck. The estimated price was better than its competitors and the quote sent via e-mail was clear cut and easy to follow/understand. The moving team was on time and called prior to arrival, they were very careful with the handling of our belongings, and packed the truck and our storage unit very well. This was the first time we have ever hired professional movers and definitely plan to use this moving team in the future, couldn't have asked for anything better!

Overall service was good, but my pick up was delayed by 4 hours, which impacted the following stuff like house cleaning and handover my apartment to leasing office got delayed, which costed me. You could do better Scheduling the job, if there is a delay with previous job, management should send different crew to finish off the scheduled job. The crew were great and did a great job.

The office was very easy to work with. Having not moved in a long time, I wanted an estimate well ahead of the move to understand what the cost would be and how the process worked these days. I had a lot of questions and they were responsive and helped me through the process. The day of the move, it was pouring down rain and the team took very good care of my personal things and maintained a great attitude in spite of being cold and wet. Everyone and in particular, the guys on moving day, made this experience a very good one for me.

Office staff was professional, with both email and call follow up. Pricing excellent for excellent services rendered. Movers were on-time, immediately to work, professional, clearly experienced and very conscious of caring for walls, etc. when moving furniture. Highly recommend and will use again if any future services required.

We had 3 amazing movers but we should have had 4. Jones, Wilson and Turman were truly exceptional and hardworking. They worked non stop in the rain and cold and did an AMAZING job. However, I signed up online and someone should have come to my house to give me a true estimate. I have large, heavy furniture and that makes it take much longer. It was estimated 8 hours and it took 12, even though they did not stop moving. I will recommend Two Men and a Truck, especially the team I had, but they needed a 4th person.
