Their service was very slow. It was noted on the fee sheet that they tooks a 15 minute lunch, however it was at least 45, that can be verified by an uninterested party that was present. The rate that was charged should reflect a refund of at least 30 minutes.
I was hurriedly told to take a quick look for any damage. After they left and upon closer examination of my furniture, there were scuff marks and scratches on several pieces. The bed slats were not placed properly and the bed fell.
I will definitely not recommend this business to anyone looking to move.
