I used your services twice within 1 month. Both moving teams were excellent .. friendly, customer service oriented and took pride in their work. Office staff did a great job of scheduling. I will definitely recommend and use Two Men and a Truck again!

Our move was a great experience. Kaitlynne was extremely helpful in setting up our move from the beginning. We moved two households into one so it was kind of tricky. James and his crew from the Lowell/ Gastonia division showed up on time at my residence and were EXTREMELY efficient and careful with everything. This very professional group of men were courteous, attentive to every detail, clean, and polite. They proceeded to my mother-in-law's house and proceeded in the same manner. They then proceeded to my new residence and unloaded everything in what proved to be very windy conditions. They were careful with my new home as well and put our items where we wanted them. Kaitlynne, James, and all of his crew are huge assets to your company and they should be valued as such!! Thanks Again!

The team Zack ,Larry and Preston were very efficient and accommondating. They worked fast and efficient. We are very pleased with the team and the service they offered

My experience with the people in the office was a little frustrating. My experience with my team however was dynamic! I couldn't have asked for two more capable, more respectful people to come and accomplish what they did. Overall, I am very pleased.

From beginning to end, Two Men and a truck made our move so easy! They arrived promptly, assessed the situation and set about coordinating the moving of items from two locations. Everyone was very courteous and helpful! Thank you!

My team of movers was very professional and arrived on time. They communicated with each other and myself the whole time.

Our moving crew and our office contact were excellent. However, your operations manager or whomever the crew reports to had knowingly sent them out to our job without a refrigerator dolly. It was clearly stated in our move information that a refrigerator freezer would need to be moved to the 2nd floor condo. Would you send a carpenter to a job without a saw or hammer? Fortunately our crew handled the problem quickly and we as your customer were tied up in your companies internal issue for a very short time.

The movers are very professional, efficient, pleasant, use time wisely. They took exceptional care all of our items. Very satisfied with service and price of service provided.

Very poor service. Movers were very slow. They also broke my apt door and door knob I was moving out of. They did not say anything and when i asked they lied about it. They broke my entertainment center completely that i only had for a few months. They broke pices off the bottom of my dresser. When calling management they would not reimburse me for my entertainment system and offered me 250 dollars for both my dresser and entertainment center( the center runs for 600.00) after a week finally waiting for the head manager Emily to call me she said that was what I had to take because I opted for basic policy. When asking to speak to her manager she said he would say the same thing and she hung up on me. Terrible service all the way around. Not what I should have to deal with paying for a se.

The guys spent too much time talking among themselves and not the task at hand! I felt they were young and inexperienced!
