Th movers were wonderful and went above and beyond our expectations.

First, your UX on your website is incredible. I actually posted about on Linkedin. Your guys were really nice, and your customer service was great (were able to change the date only a few days before the original date). In the end, the moving officer was great and told us that we actually need to pay less!! than what we were supposed too because they had fewer people working on the job. That was awesome and also enhanced your credibility with the customer. Will definitely recommend you guys!

My movers, Philip and Eddie, were phenomenal! They were courteous, respectful, efficient, prompt, strong, and nice! They took very good care of the furniture and the walls, despite the extreme weight of the furniture and having to go up one long flight of stairs! I will definitely hire Two Men and a Truck and request these two gentlemen again when I eventually move from here. The two women I spoke with in the office staff were very courteous and knowledgeable as well and quickly gave me the estimate. I am very happy with my experience with Two Men And a Truck.

This is the second time I have used before. Office staff was excellent and the movers were on time, very polite, very quick and very pleasant.

It would be helpful if the packers made a short note on each box to describe content. "Kitchen" got the box to the right room but it took me three days to find silverware. Just a one word hint would help.

Billie was my first contact with the company. She was thoroughly explained the service and its process. She provided quick turn-around providing me an estimate and considered suggestions to coordinating the move. Thomas and Reggie were the movers who provided excellent customer service for my move. My move involved traveling to several locations in one day. So they had to strategically pack items where there would be minimum difficulty unloading at each location. They handled my items with great care. They were very professional, excellent demeanor and cordial from beginning until the end. I didn't have any anxiety over the service because everything unfolded as was explained to me. Overall, I received exceptional service and would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. -- Jen
