Moves were great! The circumstances of the move were under some sad circumstances as well as a time table and the staff handled everything with such kindness and respect. Thank you so much!

Derek and Malik were fantastic. They carefully packed and loaded all of my things. They were personable and professional, answering all questions I had about the move.

My experience at the beginning with Billie was fantastic! She is friendly and knowledgeable. My experience with the actual movers was very positive as well. They’re super nice people who were very kind. My issue comes with still not being compensated or updated on the status of my damage claim? John sent me a generic email two weeks ago and has not followed up.... I have close to 1g in damages including a very expensive bowl, scratches to my hard woods, and severe ceiling and wall damage. I did everything he asked within 12 hours and sent pictures and forms. No follow up from him. So although my experience started off great I cannot say I have the same opinion now.

The guys did a good job.

They couldn't meet the scheduled work window 3 times.

Communication wasn't what it should have been.

Initially, I was very pleased with the way the crew was working to pack up our house. However, after they left and I went back there to make sure that everything was done I was dismayed to find several areas that had still not been packed and that they had run out of packing paper and couldn't complete the job. They assured me that everything would be packed the next morning when the movers arrived and, indeed, some of the packers came back and I thought had completed the packing. They had not. Multiple bags and boxes were still in the master bedroom and bathroom. Two other vanities still had things in them (the bonus room bath and Jack and Jill bathroom). There were things left in the basement. We were at the house until 10:00 at night and again at 6:30 am to get everything out.

Team Thurston, Reggie, Karem and James were incredible! Very friendly service and they got a 7.5 hour quoted job done in 4 hours!!!! I highly recommend this crew for all of your moving needs and if I ever need to move again (let's hope not) this is my go to! Look no more, this is your business for moving!

Patrick and Tracy were early, extremely friendly, and very efficient. The whole move was completed swiftly with no hiccups or criticism to mention. Tracy was even willing to pack up my clothing in the closet when there was a slight discrepancy in the services I ordered, and he did it with a smile.

If I move in the future, I will definitely be requesting that team again.
