even though I had called twice (because they were 2 hours late) in the 2 hours before the move finally arrived, and one hour before, and was assured that they were on there way, the movers that finally came told us we were not on their schedule and they had only been told about us 40 min. before.

The moving consultant was very helpful and informative. But the actual movers arrived 30 mins late, forgot to bring the appropriate tools to take my bed apart and definitely did not move as quick as I was told they would. They had to leave to get a wrench and come back during my clock time. Ultimately the company did what was right and that was reflected in my bill but the moving experience in itself was very amateur in my opinion.

Everything was super easy. Philip and Philip (the moving team) we're just awesome. They were friendly, fast, careful, and amazingly hard-working. And it was cheaper than the estimate which made it prefect.

The movers came when we were told they would be there. They worked very quickly to get our things moved from one location to the other. They place the furniture for me so I would not have to move it later. They were quick, efficient and so friendly. Just a great experience.
