The two men when they finally arrived were efficient, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they could. However, I was told that I would receive a call between 12:30 and 2:30. At 2:30 I called the number I had used to set up the appointment and was told the movers were on another job and it would be an hour or so. At 3:00 I got a call from the actual movers who were still unloading at their current location. They called me at 4:18 and arrived at our location at 5:00pm. Obviously, the office overbooked the day and no one bothered to let me know they would be so late. I was very disappointed the arrival time. Please don't give a customer a arrival window and then be 2& 1/2 hours after the last time you said you would be there.

Jalen & Caleb were so helpful! it was a very difficult move! They protected all our property. Please give them a raise!

Malcolm and Dwayne showed up early, worked very hard, were entirely courteous and took excellent care of my stuff. A relief that something during the home buying and selling process could be easy.

Jemil t and Jay did an excellent job with my move. They were speedy, kind and took care of my things. I also called the hunks for a quote. Both quotes were similar. The reason I chose 2 men is because of your AWESOME ladies who answer the phone. They were all so much more professional. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and the great rates. You made a very difficult day for me a breeze.

The moving team was running ahead of schedule and completed our move very efficiently. Even though it was pouring down rain for almost the entire move, the crew took special care to keep our home clean and worked quickly to move everything as quickly as possible. They disassembled and reassembled furniture as needed to make sure everything was put where we wanted it. The move was predicted to take 3-5 hours and was completed in 3 which was a huge plus.

It would be easier to try and count what was not damaged vs what was damaged. The lead man was dishonest and their preparation for our move was poor. They claimed they are experienced Piano Movers they did not even bring a truck with a lift on it and damaged the piano among other things when they rolled it down the ramp

Overall, your team did a very good job and I would definitely use again.

I have used the service 3 times this year due to multiple people in my family moving. I have had the same exceptional experience each time.
This crew had a very tough rain day to move in with a tricky urban destination to move to. They handled it with tremendous professionalism, care and completeness. Great job!

the guys that came were on time and ready to work. they followed instructions and had a great attitude. they deserve a bonus.... we did buy donuts and pizza for the guys and they were polite and grateful. good job guys! would definitely use them again.
