They called a few days ahead to make sure everything was still on track for moving. Then they called to let me know they were on their way for pick up to move. They were very helpful and courteous during the moving of my furniture and put it right where I wanted it in my new house. I will use them again if I need to.

Both the move out and then back in were done in a timely manner. The crew moving me out was not as careful as there was damage to my refrigerator and the doors and doorway but they took pictures and said that the office would be contacting me to make the repairs. The crew moving me back in were much more careful as there was no damage and they took also took pictures of the previous damage. The office called and is working on a kit for the refrigerator but have had no info on the paint damage repairs to the doorway.

Even though they hit powerline to the house we would still use this company again. Accidents happen! CODY IS GREAT WOTH CUSTOMER SERVICE. DRIVERS WERE VERY NICE AND POLITE.
