Everything was good except that I have not been contacted about some damage we had to one piece of excersize equipment. I was told they would be contacting me to fix the damage. The two men who moved us were very good.

Our overall experience was excellent. I did send an email to the office manager in Whitefish early last week but haven't gotten a response.

We used this company to unload a trailer we had hauled from out of state. It was packed to the brim with tons of large odd pieces and lots of tie downs. Cody's over the phone customer service was amazing and the moving team couldn't have been more perfect for us. They were fast, efficient and most importantly careful with all our stuff. They were able to get everything unloaded in the estimated time frame. We will be calling them anytime we need movers as our go to team.

The movers were very inefficient and used much more time than necessary which is of course passed on to the customer. Other than that we wre happy with the service.

The boys both could have used to clean up and show a level of professionalism that was in better alignment with serving the public. They broke a lamp, damaged my tv console which could have been avoided had it been wrapped and care was taken when moving and a few of my decorations were also broken. I have not received a call from the company to account for the damage. I am a real estate agent and would be hesitant to refer this company given their lack of care.
