I was not verbally informed of the round trip policy. I was charged an extra $100 that I was not expecting. I was told i would only be charged for the time the guys were with me. But that was not the case. This information should be made clear in the beginning. Other than that, Excellent service, nice and polite office staff and movers.

From the first phone call to the office through the placement of the last piece of furniture in my new house, the process and everyone involved was fast, efficient, and pleasant. Special tip of the hat to Hunter and Carlos, the most careful and accommodating movers Iandacirc;??ve ever worked with. And I have moved a lot over the years.

Have used them for several years now and they have always been very helpful and super at their jobs.

Good service and good timeliness. They even put together my bed after moving it. It was nice.
The only thing that could use improvement was that I only accidentally found out that you all did not move bags, only boxes. Not a huge deal, but might want to make a point to mention that all items need to be BOXED up not bagged. Did not impact my moving experience though.

At least one car, maybe 2, stopped by my house while the men were moving that I donandacirc;??t think were affiliated with your company and at least one of the guys spent time talking to him/her instead of moving my furniture.

The two young men was raised right. Yes Mam no Mam. Very careful moving one piece of mine furniture. Careful with the piano they were moving. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck second time I have used you. Very satisfied.
