The office staff was professional and thorough. They were easy to get in touch with and responsive to every question along the way. The moving team was also professional and helpful. They worked quickly and carefully. It was an easy process and I will not hesitate to use Two Men and a Truck again should I need a moving service in the future.

I took off work and drove to my apartment to arrive at the appointed time. When I called your office for status on your movers' actual ETA, no one called back for almost 2 hours, and all owner Mr. Taylor wanted to do was argue and tell me about the contract. I could have returned to my office and continued working until I got an accurate ETA

Mark, we're very sorry you feel this way. All of our jobs that don't start first thing in the morning are always a tentative time. Per our Pre-Move Confirmation contract there is a four hour window. You signed this document that stated the start time was from 1:00PM-5:00PM. The crew did their due diligence and called you to give you a heads up on their estimated time of arrival that was on your confirmation sheet. Please let us know if you have further questions. That is the second time I have used Two Men and Truck moving service! They are very professional and ideal to work with! I used Two Men and a Truck in 2018 when I moved from Gulfport to Jackson. So, when it was time to move back to Gulfport, I called them again. The service was outstanding - professional and prompt. My movers got everything loaded quickly but took care with my things. I would recommend them to everyone, and I will use them again the next time I move.

The team sent to pack and made be was excellent! On time, courteous, careful, asked any questions needed to do a great job, packed neatly, quickly. Very thorough. Then they loaded truck and left the place clean. Great team! Would definitely use you all again!
