I had a move from Jackson, MS to Oxford MS and a return move from Oxford to Jackson. The first half of the move was very good. The workers were timely and professional and took good care of my move. There was one thing broken, the top of my china cabinet. I was very satisfied with their work and in fact gave them a hefty tip. However on the return move to Jackson, all went badly. They entered my daughter's house without knocking, scaring here and then she reported that only two of the workers were doing anything and the third was in the truck smoking a cigar. There was some altercation and the movers left all of her furniture in the driveway and left without talking to her. There were three broken objects and a missing oval mirror.
I was never told the final amount of the bill .

The moving team was careful for the most part with Mom's furniture. The only thing was their choice of angle in going through doorways. With the sofa on the dolly the height restricted an upright entry (or exit) at the building. The furniture was scraping the door frame. I had to ask that they carry these large items, horizontally by hand through the doors.

The guys were very patient and worked very hard. Even after we had damage to a piece of furniture they were great filling out the forms and making sure someone got in contact with me for the repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

The guys were great when they arrived, did an excellent job loading everything.
The problem arose when they unloaded, they scratched, tire, dented or otherwise destroyed pretty much all of the big furniture. I personally watched them try to squeeze a leather couch thru the door with only one person. This resulted in tearing the leather which they all promptly denied. After that their attitude hit the floor and they were on a mission to get finished as quick as possible resulting in other furniture being tore up. To me for the price paid this is unacceptable. This was the sole reason for hiring a moving company

When my Upack container was delivered it was a hot mess. Those guys had every reason to complain about what they were up against but didn’t. Furniture shifted during transit and did their best to prevent additional damage during unloading. Thank You!

Honestly, you guys do a great job normally. This time, however, I have explained to your office staff, the movers did an amazingly/shockingly poor job. They broke or haphazardly placed countless items with a cost easily into the thousands of dollars. Luckily, I had moved most of the breakable and valuable things myself. Otherwise, this team wold have broken those things as well. They did not unwrap my washing machine, dryer or three other pieces of furniture that they wrapped. They put an entire dresser upside down (how is that even possible). They rushed us (I thought we were paying THEM by the hour) as they threw a football in the front yard. They cost me money and time for a net loss on this move. I will use you again b/c I have never had something like this happen -- but WOW

Completely satisfied other than they got my mattress dirty which voids my warranty

Excellent, great attitude, didn't complain about the rain , very hard workers.

Office staff did not tell me time clock started at your office and back .
Movers were not careful with my furniture . They tried to force furniture through openings by bumping furniture against walls and door trim.
Movers scared my wife by not listening to her. They were speeding on highway 10-20 MPH over limit.

The men stayed gone for about 1 hour between locations. We were waiting on them thinking they were just behind us. They should have told the client they were going to stop and eat. Secondly, the corner of the sectional sofa is scuffed/stuffing appears through fabric. Could have happened bringing sofa down stairs. Please advice.
