We had a 3rd floor apartment. The office recommended 3 guys to come and move and it was done quickly and carefully. They did their walkthrough and knew how to load everything. When we got to the new house, they set up the beds and appliances. They were very friendly and professional.

When I booked my move, I specifically stated that I could not start the move until after 12:30 but received a call at 11:24 that they were ready. I repeated I couldn't do it until after 12:30. Then, the office called me to tell me. I told her the same thing. She looked at the notes and saw that I couldn't do it, but she said they really needed to go ahead and get started. Again I said I couldn't do it until after 12:30. I felt uncomfortable about the response she gave me. I called the men at 12:32 and then tried unsuccessfully to call the office. They arrived at 12:50. The actual moving was fine, except a piece of the leg came off during the move. We finished the move around 1:50, including time used for them to glue. I feel the time on my job was not accurate and overcharged.
