This was my first experience with this company. I was short on time, resources and it was the day before Thanksgiving. When they got to the designated site, I spied on them from a far to see if they were really working and just "shooting the breeze" but they surprised me. They were working super hard to lift those file cabinets. When I finally made myself know to them they continued in a professional manner. They were so very kind to me and made me laugh. I always try to inspect what I expect and 2 men and a truck exceeded my expectations. I will call on them in the future and would encourage anyone else to do the same. Thanks guys and be blessed!

As we prepared to move our office, I was very nervous about getting our furniture, appliances and files to our new location and limiting our down time. TMAAT - Office/phone staff - friendly and knowledgeable. Pre-move assessment person - Arrived on time, went through the office documenting how we needed each thing handled, explained the process and answered all questions. Moving crew - Professional, went over everything with us when they arrived so we all agreed to what was needed. They had obviously reviewed our file before they came. They moved everything without a scratch to any of the items or any of our walls or doors. The moving crew was excellent! I would request this group of young men for any future moves. TMAAT made our move successful and took away so much stress!

The office person who helped me was courteous, kind, very timely and efficient. The moving staff were careful of our furniture, really knew how to pack and had helpful ideas for storage. They were also kind, courteous and easy to work with.

The packers ran out of wardrobe boxes, so just jammed my shirts into a regular box. Several items were damaged or broken. They left several items behind in Mississippi and did not move them to Arkansas so I had to make arrangements to have then brought to Arkansas.

I had to make a long-distance at the very last minute. Two Men and Truck were very accommodating and professional throughout the quote process. When it came time to actual move my things the men were very nice and had a great attitude, even though they had two long days ahead of them. They also took very good care of my things and were very careful with packing some of my larger items on the day of the move. I can't recommend them enough!

I took off work to meet the guys given the window of time aprroximately 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm. No one had shown up by 3:30 pm so I called the office and ask did they forget about me. The guys had another job which would have take over half the night because the elevator didn't work and they had to walk the boxes. I was irate because no one told me this earlier. I had an important meeting at work I could have attended. I requested another crew at that point. Another crew came after I complained to the first guy that was supposed to come. They were there at 4:00 until 5:00. The service they provided was excellent, but the office staff service fell through the crack causing me extra stress of time wasted waiting and not attending a mandatory meeting missed at work, which I could have attended.
