Office staff did not tell me time clock started at your office and back .
Movers were not careful with my furniture . They tried to force furniture through openings by bumping furniture against walls and door trim.
Movers scared my wife by not listening to her. They were speeding on highway 10-20 MPH over limit.

The men stayed gone for about 1 hour between locations. We were waiting on them thinking they were just behind us. They should have told the client they were going to stop and eat. Secondly, the corner of the sectional sofa is scuffed/stuffing appears through fabric. Could have happened bringing sofa down stairs. Please advice.

All went well until end of move.... after movers left, I discovered a couple of things left undone but biggest problem was the next morning when I ran first load of laundry, laundry room flooded because washer wasn’t connected properly!

The entire experience was much better than I remembered from 10 years! From the initial contact with Brittany Morris, through the actual moving team, all the way through Johnathan substituting a mishap with an inexpensive dresser! Two Men replaced the damaged dresser, exceeding the original quality, in my view, and all in a very professional efficient and courteous manner. Brittany was always "ahead of the plan", whenever I had questions or concerns and the actual movers were excellent!!! Courteous, efficient and professional team, from team leader and his assistants. I will use again in 2 weeks for a much bigger move. I always recommend Two Men at every opportunity!!

First off, Ryan in the office has so much energy and it’s contagious! The 3 guys that moved us couldn’t have been nicer and careful with our belongings. After loading up about 1/2 of the truck, they realized we weren’t getting all of it. They gave me some options and I elected to move the items I couldn’t move on my own. I didn’t have cash for a tip but will be sending a tip to those guys in the mail.
