The office staff was very professional, informative and reassuring my move. The moving team had great customer service and very capable of the task at hand. They were very efficient and had good time management!

The only issues i had were that they scheduled a time of 2:30. I work nights and then they show up at 9:45 when Im sleeping They had a couch on the list of things and they left the couch. I had to get someone else to take my couch later. Then after we agreed to a time for billing the office calls and tells me they under billed by 15 mins so they charged me more even though they left the couch

He said that everything went well and he will let us know if he needs anything else.) Had we known something went wrong on your move we would have handled it! Thanks.
