Four very polite and capable young men (Chris, Sage, Brandon and Orlando)
worked hard all day without complaining, even when they saw the 12-foot flight of stairs to the main floor and another 10-12 feet of stairs to the top floor. We had several large, heavy pieces, including a piano which Chris was obviously experienced at handling.
They pulled off a miracle for us.
Our only suggestion would be to have a rep come to the house to be moved into (if local)
to get an overview of the stair situation before moving. We felt it perhaps should have been one day of loading, another day of moving to give the guys a chance to recharge before tackling our stairs. It felt dangerous to us, though as I said the movers pulled it off.
We will certainly recommend your company to anyone who asks.

Vince, we are sorry to hear the move costs were more than you had expected. We do our very best to provide accurate estimates based on the contents you provide us in the initial quote. We do just charge for actual time used, billed in increments of 15 minutes after a one hour minimum. Please give our offices a call if you would like to discuss the pricing and why it may have doubled from the original quote. Thanks!

The guys were great and extremely helpful. Listened to my concerns and responded appropriately. They took time to properly care for my items and place them in the correct rooms. They were careful not to damage furniture or areas that the furniture would be placed into. I would highly recommend two men and a truck as a trustworthy company which takes the time to ensure the move occurs without incident. This is the second time i have used the company for the move, and they are the only company that I will put my faith in during such an transitional time which can be extremely stressful and difficult at times. Two men and a truck allows you to have one less thing to be concerned about. They are trustworthy and professional. I should've tipped them more than just advice, next move i guess.

All was great but I did think the price was very steep. To have one table in a flat pack delivered and set up cost almost half the price of the table

The moving team was very courteous and filled all request made by me. The only critique I have is the labeling of boxes was unsatisfactory.

The stem of one wine glass was broken but, out of 50+ glasses, that is an acceptable loss. I'm overall quite satisfied with the company's performance.
